Publications

The following list represents publications authored or co-authored by IFCAE Partners, visiting scholars, or consultants working under the auspices of IFCAE.

IMPORTANT DOWNLOADING INFORMATION

Where the publications are available as free downloads a link is provided at the end of the reference.  Many of the digital files are large so the following procedure is recommended to avoid downloading problems:

1) DO NOT LEFT CLICK ON THE LINK DOWNLOAD LINK.  If you do your browser will try to open the document and large PDFs can take a very long time to load and might cause your browser to freeze up.

2) Instead, hover above the download link with your mouse pointer and right click.  This should bring up a mouse menu where you can select SAVE TARGET AS (if using Internet Explorer), or SAVE LINK AS (if using Firefox).  If you use some other browser
besides IE or Firefox then you can check the browser help menu to determine what the command link says for starting a download).

3) Once you make a selection a window should pop up asking you where you want to save your file download.  Choose a place on your computer where you can easily find the file (e.g., desktop).  If no window pops up then you may have a default location for downloads, your options or preferences on your browser menu should indicate where that location is.
