Background:

IFCAE has conducted several regional and national studies documenting the important role of nontimber forest products in the United States.  Universities and extension programs are increasingly looking for ways to include information about NTFPs in curricula.  To address this demand IFCAE developed the 451 page Nontimber Forest Product Curriculum Workbook containing over 100 lesson plans, handouts, and homework assignments.  Also included are PowerPoint files that can be used as is or modified by the instructor as needed.
