  Federal.  Anyone can sign up for free with Grants.gov and monitor grants from federal agencies that pertain to NTFPs.  
  State.  Check with your local university extension or RC&D office for the best way to monitor state resources as they vary from state to state.
  Foundation grants.  Most college libraries have a subscription to an online grants database that the public can use.  A librarian can assist you with getting started.

CONTRACT RESOURCES
Federal.  Anyone can sign up for free with FedBizOpps and monitor contract opportunities.  Occasionally there will be announcements by federal agencies needing native plants and seeds for restoration, firewood removal, and other NTFP related activity.
